RETURNS -

Each piece that leaves our studio is crafted with great care, love, and attention to detail. We carefully inspect every garment for quality and pack it thoughtfully before it reaches you.

However if the fit isn’t quite right, we offer a 7-day easy return & exchange — because every child grows differently, and finding the right fit should feel effortless.

Just email us at connect@fclo.in from the same email you used while placing the order, along with your order number and phone number. Our team will get in touch and guide you through the process.


RETURNS -

  • We have a 7 days return window for eligible products.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your return.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

  • Shipping and COD Charges, if applied during purchase are Non-Refundable.

  • If your original order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer or to a credit card, as per your preference. We will reach out to collect the necessary details once your return is approved.

  • Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

CANCELLATIONS -

  • Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return an item.

  • Please note, as a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
