At FCLO, we want shopping for your little one to feel just as enjoyable as dressing them. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We offer 30-Day Easy Returns, Exchanges & Refunds from the date you received your order.

Exchanges

For exchanging the size or style, simply at connect@fclo.in or drop us a watsapp at 74286 77990 within 30 days from the date your order is delivered., and our support specialist shall assist you through the exchange process. 

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original packaging wherever possible

Once the original product reaches us and passes our quality check, we'll dispatch your replacement.

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you may choose another available product or request a refund.

Note: We offer free return pickup across eligible pin codes.

Returns & Refunds

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. 

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original packaging wherever possible

Once we receive your returned product, our team will carry out a quick quality check before processing your exchange or refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Our team will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details so we can process your refund.

Please note that once the refund has been initiated from our end, it may take a few working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Simply get in touch with our team through WhatsApp or email and share:

  • Your Order Number
  • The product(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request (optional but helpful)

Our team will take care of the rest and guide you through each step.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

Every FCLO order is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • A few clear photographs of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cancellation & Order Changes

Need to make a change after placing your order?

Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order enters processing.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to the general return conditions, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Accessories
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered or returned without their original tags

Exception: If you receive an accessory that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photographs of the product. Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
